  • We have a range on install partners who can help with installing or moving our A.LINE system for you. Please reach out to us and we can connect you with the right team.

  • Maintenance varies product to product but a few key points:

    DRY wipe whiteboard markers off whiteboard surfaces and use our Magix cleaner for periodic deep cleaning.

    Use a damp cloth to remove our Staedtler Non Permanent markers from whiteboard surfaces.

    Wipe down any powder coated surfaces with soapy water and dry with a clean cloth.

    We use a modular design philosophy so if you damage any A.Works product we can source a replacement part for you. Just reach out.

  • We follow all our obligations under the Consumer Protection Act and offer a full 1 year warranty on all our products. But even outside of that we would love to hear from you. Please contact us here.

    We only guarantee Staedtler Markers on our whiteboards as lower quality markers can leave residue over time. Our Magix and Deep Clean processes will remove poor markers and permanent markers if needed.

    All our products have a serial number barcode and QR code label to direct you to the After Sales Service page. Please record the serial barcode number when making an enquiry.

  • We have tried to consider what happens at the end of useful life for all our products. We’ve specified high value materials like Aluminium and Steel in most of our products which are commonly recycled around the world we are happy to help you find someone locally.

    We’ve tried to ensure recycling partners for or plastic based product so again please reach out when you are done with your product and we will take back or connect you with someone near you for recycling.

    If you are finished with one of our products but it’s still usable, we are hoping to build out a second hand marketplace for A.WORKS products. But please reach out to us in the mean time if you have A.WORKS product you need to pass on.
