Maintenance varies product to product but a few key points:
DRY wipe markers off whiteboard surfaces before using our Magix cleaner.
Apply our Magix cleaner to a cloth and not the whiteboard, to remove any residual marker.
For periodic deep cleaning we have another product.
We use a modular design philosophy so if you damage any A.Works product we can source a replacement part for you. Just reach out.

We have followed all our obligations under the Consumer Protection Act and also offer a full 10 year warranty on our frames, 3 year warranty on our skins and 1 year warranty on all other products. But even outside of that we’re open to hear from you.
We highly recommend Staedtler Markers on our whiteboards as lower quality markers can leave residue over time. We have a Deep Clean process to remove poor markers and permanent markers if required.

We have considered what happens at the end of useful life for all our products. We’ve specified high quality materials like Aluminium and Steel in most of our products which are commonly recycled around the world. We are happy to help you find someone locally if need be.
